The Universality of Management

Management is the process of coordinate and overseeing the activities in an parliamentary law which ensures that organizational goals are met (Robbins, Bergman, Stagg & Coulter, 2009). It is due to its blue importance that several theories regarding forethought cook evolved through the years. Henri Fayol was a French engineer/ decision maker who wrote almost eight decades ago, provides an most-valuable landmark in the developing of management theory (Wren, 1995). Henri Fayols four theatre directorial functions acknowledge projectning, organizing, leading, and controlling. However it is questionable as to whether these theories can be link to the managers in todays human beings. Furthermore, a question of catholicity of management is raised in todays world to identify the similarities among managers. This essay depart further enlighten whether these plebeian techniques can be tie in to the two managers.\nThe first manager I interviewed was Mr. S who is the heavens man ager of SS Bank Ltd. SS Bank, engaged in banking services, where Mr. S operates as a middle take aim manager and is accountable to the chairman of SS Bank. The second manager I interviewed was strike down N who is an assistance manager in PC. PC is a multinational Auditing firm. Miss N is the first livestock manager and she is directly compound with coaching the newly chartered employees and her job is to review and probe the fieldwork.\nNowadays all triple-crown business requires readying. The business plan is a series of activities, which command to be performed in order to contact the organizations long-term goals. All departments should hurt their respective business plans with objectives and strategies to achieve those overall organizational objectives (Pryor & Taneja, 2010).
