Intro to College Writing - The Key to Writing an Effective Introduction

Intro to College Writing - The Key to Writing an Effective IntroductionWriting an intro to college writing is a difficult task, especially when you're going to do it in a hurry. The first step is to take a look at the purpose of the essay. Would you like to create a testimony for the college you are applying for or would you be better off providing some information about yourself and your interests?Of course, the information can either be in a report form or a well-written book. Remember that a statement is not enough for this type of essay. So write your story as if you were a reporter, a journalist or an author. Imagine that you are in a rush to get it done before someone else does. Think about it and write your own story, right there on the spot. What are some important questions that you would want to ask about yourself? How do you see yourself? You may be saying, 'Well, I don't know!' Or perhaps you have already been answering some of these questions; how do you see yourself? Wha t's so great about you? There are times when we find it difficult to write our own explanation of some event or something. We tend to use some other people's words. For example, we may quote somebody else; how can we come up with our own explanation? The answer is that you are able to let yourself be creative and come up with your own explanation. For example, if somebody asks us 'What do you do for a living?' Well, if you're like me, then you've been asked this question a lot and you just don't know. Don't start with your job description or how you got into it. Your main aim should be to come up with an intro to college writing that is full of the information that you feel should be given to others. Get your own story in full and add your own interpretation. In my opinion, the key to getting impressive information in the paper is to build it up gradually. This way, you don't become too nervous. Don't go for the huge rewrite. Keep it short and concise and get your readers' attention sl owly.To finish, tell the reader about the major points. Don't go for the big bang and be quiet. Just go for the basics and people will be impressed by the effort they've put in.
